Request Booking
To book with us, please choose the dates you’d like to reserve. After you click the “Search” button, you’ll be presented with all available accommodation options. If you have a large group or multiple reservation types, we can take your reservation over the phone to simplify the process. Our online booking platform is best for individual bookings.
We collect 50% of the reservation fees at the time of booking (without sales and lodging tax). The remaining balance, including taxes due, will be charged/collected at check-in.
Reservations are refundable (minus a $30 processing fee) up to 14 days before the start date of the reservation.
Please note that Sturgis Motorcycle Rally deposits are non-refundable at the time of reservation, and the full amount of the reservation is due by March 1. Rally reservations are not eligible for discounts. Rally reservations have a minimum four night stay.
Lodging Reservations made for the dates of Oct 30-Nov 20 (rifle deer season)
JC Stage Stop strongly prefers to make ALL reservations for rifle deer season after the draw results are available in June since tag availability is not guaranteed anymore in the current system.
If you must have a reservation for rifle deer season ahead of draw results in mid- June we will require a deposit equal to the base rate for the duration of the days requested for the reservation. We will begin accepting these reservation requests after November 1st each year. Guests must notify JC Stage Stop by July 1 if they did not draw tags and would like a refund. Deposits are 100% non- refundable after July 1, nor will the deposit be moved to future dates or shifted to the next calendar year. Reservation balances are due 100% in full by July 1 for guests that are keeping their reservations moving forward after the draw.
Reservations made after the draw will be required to be paid in full at the time of reservation. These reservations are also non-refundable and are not transferable to future dates
